A little over fifteen years ago, a Sunshine Coast couple started a small private investigation company from their upstairs bedroom. What began as a humble home business has since grown into a trans-Tasman workplace investigations consultancy. After discovering their passion for conducting workplace bullying investigations in 2011, Natalie and Glen began building their reputation and expertise in workplace investigations. In 2016, they moved away from private inquiry work to focus entirely on developing a specialist workplace investigations practice.
Today Synergy Workplace Investigations has a team of experienced workplace investigators, as well as mediators, workplace coaches, HR consultants and employment law specialists. With more than fifteen years of investigation experience, Synergy is recognised on both sides of the Tasman as one of the longest-running and most respected specialists in workplace investigations and workplace bullying investigations.
