HOW WE CAN HELP

WORKPLACE BULLYING INVESTIGATION
Workplace bullying is an Occupational Health and Safety issue. An employer’s failure to deal with issues of bullying in the workplace could lead to prosecution under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 and/or more commonly, a personal grievance claim from affected employees.

CONFLICT of INTEREST INVESTIGATIONS
If you have reason to believe a conflict exists between an employee’s private interests, obligations or relationships and their professional obligations to your organisation, an independent investigation into misconduct involving Conflict of Interest might be warranted.

WORKPLACE MEDIATION
As part of our holistic approach to managing workplace disputes, Synergy Workplace Investigations offers a specialist mediation service to help you resolve residual post investigation issues and assist the parties to adjust to changes that may come about as a result of report recommendations.

DESKTOP REVIEWS
The team at Synergy can review investigations conducted internally to ensure that the rules of procedural fairness have been followed and the findings are sound and valid. We can also provide a range of advice during the life of your internal investigation to ensure you get it right first time.
